30% in 1 month
30% on completion (June 2010)
40% in a year after the completion date (June 2011)
All owners will gain the right to use their properties after payment of 60% of the sales price.

Payment plan B:
1000 Euros booking deposit
20% - within a month after the date of the reservation
The rest 80% - in 40 equal monthly installments, each one amounting at 2% of the price of the
property.
